Thaddaeus Riggins is a third generation builder following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. In 2015, he launched AI Legacy LLC as a real estate investment company that specializes in purchasing and rehabbing blighted properties, building new custom homes, and offering all home remodeling services. Together he and Jeanette’s main focus is to create stunning living spaces that foster love and memories for each customer.
